Phase 1
This phase would set down the basics of nutrition and training. Setting up of proper macronutrient and micronutrient profile would be the key here. Training would be compound movement dominant.
Phase 2
A lower carb approach would set up the tone for the nutrition part of the Phase 2. Gears would start to shift as far as the training scene is concerned. High reps and heavy weight would be the buzz words. It would take a lot of grit and discipline to survive this phase.
Phase 3
If you have made your way past Phase 2, a new challenge awaits you now. Things are going to get much tougher here. Training is going to test your mental and physical fortitude. A proper nutritional and recovery plan will help you to endure this phase.
Phase 4
Congratulations if you have made this far. Nutrition would be governed by a completely different approach here. Training would continue to be hardcore. However this phase will finally help you to unveil your hard earned physique. You would be proud of yourself at the end of this phase
